MJ'S STORY

Makeup designer & creative force behind Glam Gang Miami Agency, professionally known as MJ Delmoral, has spent over 18 years shaping the world of beauty and makeup, following in the footsteps of her mother, a respected cosmetologist in Venezuela. From a young age, MJ absorbed the passion, artistry, and technical skills of the beauty world, eventually carving her own unique path in the industry.

In 2019, driven by her vision and experience on set, MJ founded Glam Gang Miami, a bold agency uniting elite makeup artists and hairstylists. More than just a talent hub, Glam Gang serves as a creative bridge between clients, brands, artists, and film productions, raising the bar for beauty on set and beyond.

Since its launch, Glam Gang Miami has been involved in over 350 audiovisual productions, including movies, music videos, commercials, and TV shows, working with major names like Bad Bunny, Pharrell, Karol G and more. ​The agency also played a key role at the first ever Rolling Stone en Español Awards, handling glam for celebrity guests and leaving a mark of elegance and style.

In 2023, MJ expanded her creative empire with the launch of her first product: the Glam Gang Beauty Makeup Brush Soap, designed to meet the needs of professionals and makeup lovers alike, combining performance with professional-level cleanliness and care.
