Transport

We've arranged transportation for your convenience to and from the events and daytime Symposiums at the following points:

Ortakoy Boat Stop (for those staying at The Stay)

Mandarin Oriental Bosphorus

Boat transportation is organised for the daytime Symposiums. For evening events, a boat will pick you up from the designated stops, and buses will return you there after the evening concludes. Please refer to the daily transfer schedule below for timings and arrive 5 minutes early to ensure prompt departure.

 Please note that for The Grand Bizarre evening, the end-to-end journey time of the boat transfer will take 1.5 hours. Should you wish to arrange your own transport for any or all of the Symposium, please do consider Istanbul's heavier traffic.

Be cautious of taxi scams; ensure the meter is switched on and refuse additional payments for tolls or bridges. Uber is a great alternative, though not available in parts of the historic Golden Horn area.
