Moving around Istanbul is not straightforward, and we have deliberately chosen the event venues to be on the Bosphorus Sea. We will transport everyone by boat over the four days, so we do require that you stay in one of the recommended hotels below, from which we will provide boat transportation. We cannot be responsible for your timely arrival at our events if you decide to stay elsewhere.

Superior Room: €500
Deluxe: €550
Mandarin Room: €600
Mandarin Bosphorus Room: €950
Including a single breakfast, the extra breakfast fee will be €45 per person per day, and the room charge is subject to 10% VAT, 5% service charge, and 2% city tax.
The rates will be valid for bookings confirmed until February 19th. After February 19th, the prices may change or increase, and if Mandarin Oriental has availability, they will check whether they can extend the date or not.
